Message reminders from Health Clovers are not displayed in the HUAWEI Health app on my iPhone

Problem

No reminder is displayed or pushed to the user's wearable device or phone's notification panel after a goal set in Health Clovers in the HUAWEI Health app on an iPhone is achieved.

Cause

The message push function is not enabled in the HUAWEI Health app.

Solution

• On the Health screen of the HUAWEI Health app, touch the Health Clovers card, touch in the upper right corner, select Health plan, and turn on the reminder switches for the tasks as needed.
• Open the HUAWEI Health app, go to Me > Settings, and enable Push messages.
