Problem

The Huawei keyboard and stylus apps disappear after the user connects the laptop to a keyboard or stylus and touches the taskbar tray.

Cause

During the MCU Software update, the Huawei keyboard and stylus app icons disappear from the taskbar tray.

Solution

1. Open PC Manager to check whether MCU Software is being updated. This issue is a normal occurrence during the MCU software update, and will be automatically restored after the update is complete.

2. If MCU Software is not being updated in PC Manager, it is recommended that you manually open the apps or restart your laptop.
