I can't find the coupons that I claimed in activities in HUAWEI AppGallery

Coupons that can be used in different app categories

Cause:

The type of coupons that you claimed can only be viewed in HUAWEI AppGallery 11.2.2 or later versions and can only be used if you have updated HMS Core (Huawei Mobile Services) to version 5.0.1 or later.

Solution:

Update HUAWEI AppGallery and HMS Core to the latest versions at the following paths. After that, your coupons will be displayed properly.

  • HUAWEI AppGallery: AppGallery > Me > Check for updates
  • HMS Core:
  1. Open HUAWEI AppGallery and search for HMS Core.
  2. If Update is displayed on the right of the app, it indicates that your device is not running the latest version of HMS Core. In this case, touch Update to update it. If Open is displayed on the right of the app, it means that your phone is running the latest version of HMS Core.

Coupons that cannot be used in different app categories

Check if you are eligible for claiming coupons in the activity joined. If you are eligible but the corresponding coupon cannot be found on the coupon list screen, please provide HUAWEI ID, the activity name, time when the coupon was claimed, and a screenshot of the coupon list screen, amd contact Huawei customer service in your region for assistance.
