The volume bar is not displayed, the volume level is abnormal, or the volume adjustment is abnormal when you adjust the volume on a Huawei glasses series device.

If "Bluetooth absolute volume" or "Sync volume with phone" is enabled, the volume of your Bluetooth device will be synced with that of your phone/tablet. When your phone is connected to a Bluetooth device, the Bluetooth device volume will also be adjusted when you adjust the volume on your phone, and vice versa.

Enabling Bluetooth absolute volume or Sync volume with phone on your phone/tablet:

EMUI 11.0 or earlier
  1. On your phone/tablet, go to Settings > About phone/tablet, and touch Build number seven times in a row until the message "You are now already a developer!" displays.
  2. Return to the Settings screen and go to System & updates > Developer options to enable Bluetooth absolute volume.
  3. Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your phone/tablet, and then connect your phone/tablet to the eyewear.

HarmonyOS 2.0 or later

On your phone/tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth, touch the icon next to the name of the Bluetooth device, and enable Sync volume with phone.

The status of the Sync volume with phone switch is only valid for the currently connected device, and you will need to turn on the switch again after updating the HarmonyOS system.

Non-HUAWEI devices
