Problem:

After an LG Uplus SIM card is inserted into a Chinese mainland edition phone, the phone fails to download MMS messages.

Cause:

The MMS APN was not set correctly on the phone.

Solution:

Go to Settings > Mobile network > Mobile data > Access Point Names (APNs), find the MMS APN, and ensure that the MMS APN settings on your phone are consistent with the following settings. If they are inconsistent, modify the settings. You will then be able to download MMS messages.
