A black screen appears after I close the device lid during startup

Problem

A black screen sometimes appears after closing the device lid during the startup animation, and opening the lid 2 minutes later.

Cause

This is an issue with Microsoft's system. The system has not been initialized when you open the lid.

Solution

1. It is recommended that you touch the touchpad or keyboard to enter the lock screen, and then use your fingerprint to unlock the system.
2. Huawei has notified Microsoft of this issue for optimization.
