Problem

There is a possibility that no sound can be heard when the computer wakes up after the screen is turned off (enters Sleep or Hibernate mode) during music playback in Windows 11. However, this issue can be resolved by pausing the playback, switching between songs, or restarting the player.

Cause

The Windows 11 system is incompatible with the audio driver.

Solution

You can pause and then resume the playback, switch between songs, or restart the player. Huawei is working with audio vendors to update the audio drivers. Please stay tuned for future updates.
