HUAWEI Free Touch

Your computer is equipped with the latest version of HUAWEI Free Touch, which integrates innovative gestures to quickly and easily take screenshots and screen recordings, adjust the brightness and volume, and fast-forward and rewind videos.

This feature is only available in PC Manager, and will not be available if you exit or uninstall PC Manager from the computer.

• Take screenshots: Double-tap the touchpad with one knuckle to take a full screenshot.

  

• Take screen recordings: Double-tap the touchpad with two knuckles to start a screen recording. Double-tap the touchpad again to end the recording. The maximum duration of a single screen recording is two hours.

  

• Adjust the brightness: Slide one finger up and down along the left edge of the touchpad to adjust the screen brightness.

  

• Adjust the volume: Slide one finger up and down along the right edge of the touchpad to adjust the system volume.

  

• Fast-forward/rewind a video: During video playback, slide one finger left and right along the upper edge of the touchpad to fast-forward/rewind a video.

  

• Open Notifications: Swipe left from the right edge of the touchpad with two fingers to view notifications.

  

• Display the shortcut menu: Press the touchpad with two fingers to open the shortcut menu. This is equivalent to right-clicking the mouse.

  

 

• After you take a screenshot or screen recording, the thumbnail of the screenshot or video will be displayed in the lower right corner of the home screen. Click/touch to view or open the thumbnail. You can also touch the PC Manager icon on the right side of the taskbar to enter PC Manager's message center. A message will be displayed at the top indicating that the screenshot or screen recording is successful. Touch the message to open the screenshot or screen recording folder.
• Screen recording can only record computer system sounds, and cannot record external sounds (such as background noise and human voices).
• Sliding one finger along the upper edge of the touchpad is not supported on some players. The actual situation shall prevail.
