The glasses are charged using a charging cable, which connects to the arms of the glasses using a magnetic connector. Because the charging cable contains magnets, please avoid exposing your glasses and charging cable to environments with a lot of dust or metal fragments. Wipe the arms and charging port of your glasses regularly to remove any dust or metal fragments that may have accumulated.

Store the glasses in a dry environment. Do not wear the glasses while doing water sports or other activities that involve water. Do not charge the glasses when they are wet.

The glasses case is made of microfiber leather. If the case becomes dirty, gently wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Do not soak the glasses in water, as this may permanently damage them.

Avoid exposing your glasses to high-temperature, high-humidity, and acidic or alkaline environments, such as steam, smoke, and cosmetics. These substances cause corrosion and may damage the lens coating, frame, and arm coating of your glasses.

The arms of your glasses contain sensitive electronic components, and the inner and outer housings are attached together using adhesive. Therefore, do not bend or squeeze the arms during use. Do not put the glasses down with the lenses facing downward or put the charging cable in the glasses case together with the glasses, as this may scratch the glasses. Place the glasses in the glasses case when you are not wearing them.

During daily use, to prevent sharp objects from scratching the surface of the charging cable, you are advised not to remove the protective film that comes with the charging cable.

1. Smudges on the arms:

   The arms of your glasses have undergone plasma cleaning, coating, and other surface treatment processes before shipment. If the arms become dirty, clean them using a cleaning cloth for glasses or soft wet cloth. Do not clean your glasses with alcohol or any other chemical solvents. Wipe the arms of the glasses gently to avoid scratching them.

2. Square-shaped marks appear on the glasses arm when viewed from a certain angle:

   To improve the water resistance of your glasses, gaps between components and sound-emitting openings are coated with a hydrophobic film. To ensure that the sound-emitting openings and gaps are fully covered, the coated area extends slightly beyond the gap. After the glasses have been used for a long time without being cleaned, it is normal for the coated area to have a slightly different color to the surrounding area under specific lighting conditions. To resolve this issue, gently wipe away the marks using a pencil eraser. This will not damage the gaps or the hydrophobic film or affect the waterproofing of your glasses.

1. Clean the lenses

   Use a specialist glasses cloth or soft cloth to wipe the lenses. When the lenses get very dirty or there is dust on them, wash the lenses with neutral detergent and clean water, and then wipe them gently with a glasses cloth to prevent the glasses from being scratched. As the arms contain electronic components, make sure that the arms do not come into contact with the detergent or water.

2. Clean the lenses

   The front frame of HUAWEI Eyewear can be removed easily for cleaning. You can clean the front frame with an ultrasonic cleaner, and then reassemble the glasses once it is cleaned.

   Do not perform ultrasonic cleaning on the arms of the glasses since they contain electronic components and a built-in microphone, which can be damaged by ultrasonic waves.

    

   • To avoid discoloring the adhesive or blocking the holes on the glasses body, do not wipe your glasses with tissue.
