If your eyewear plays little or no sound when your phone receives an incoming call or notification, follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1. Adjust the volume level by going to Settings > Sound & vibration > Ringer, Messages, Notifications and turning up the incoming call volume.
2. Disable Do Not Disturb by going to Settings > Sound & vibration > Do Not Disturb and turning off Do Not Disturb.
3. Enable Sync call ringtone by going to Settings > System & updates > Developer options and turning on Sync call ringtone.
   

   To enable Developer options mode:

   1. Open Settings, enter the version number in the search box, and touch the version number to visit the About phone screen.
   2. Touch the version number seven consecutive times until the "You are now a developer!" message displays.
   3. If your phone has a lock screen password, follow the onscreen instructions to enter the password.

If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to a Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
