- If you copy the document by directly performing operations on the printer, the copy ratio cannot be set. By default, the document will be copied based on the original size.
- If your printer is connected to a mobile device, such as a phone via the HUAWEI AI Life app, the copy ratio cannot be set separately. However, you can set the paper size and the N-in-one feature to resize the document you want to copy. Open the HUAWEI AI Life app, go to the printer homepage, and select Copy.
- Set the original size to a large size (for example, A4) and the paper size to a small size (for example, A5), and then select COPY.
- Go to More > Pages per sheet, and select the number of pages per sheet, then touch COPY.
- If your printer is connected to a computer via PC Manager or the Huawei Print client, you can set the copy ratio separately. You can also set the paper size and the N-in-one feature to resize the document you want to copy. Go to the printer homepage in PC Manager or open the Huawei Print client, and click Copy.
- Drag the slider bar next to Copy ratio to set the ratio, and then click COPY.
- Set the original size to a large size (for example, A4) and the paper size to a small size (for example, A5), and then select COPY.
- Click Copies, select the number of pages per sheet, and click COPY.
