Smart Record is not available

Problem

The switch for enabling Screen record cannot be found in Control Panel.

Cause

1. The Smart Record feature is not included in PC Manager versions earlier than 12.0.
2. The Smart Record feature is not available on the product model.

Solution

1. Update PC Manager to a compatible version.
2. Smart Record is available on the following models:
