Go to Me > VIP to activate a membership that suits you. For more information about your options, see the information onscreen. If you have activated a membership, and you renew your subscription or purchase a membership again, your membership will be prolonged.

Membership is a virtual product that takes effect immediately after an activation. Once an activation has been successfully processed, it is not possible to refund this money.

Once your membership is activated, you will be able to use the member logo, get full access to the VIP library, and enjoy the exclusive member benefits.

If your membership does not become active for a long time after you purchase it, check your network connection, and then close the app and reopen it to check whether your membership has been activated.

If your membership has still not been activated one hour after you purchased it, go to Me > Help > Online support or call the Huawei customer service hotline for assistance.

1. Currently, you can purchase a membership in the following countries/regions: Chinese mainland, UK, South Africa, Philippines, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Spain, Germany, and Russia. 2. For EU customers, refunds are possible within the 14 days following the payment.
