Wirelessly connect a HUAWEI MatePad Paper to a HUAWEI PC and view tablet files on the PC screen

Prerequisite

1. Update PC Manager to version 12.0.1.25 or later, and open it. Go to Settings > Connections, and enable Multi-Device Files.
2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the HUAWEI PC and HUAWEI MatePad Paper.
3. On the tablet home screen, go to Settings > Accessibility features > Experimental features, and enable PC collaboration.

   

4. The tablet display should remain on.

Operation Guide

Open PC Manager on the HUAWEI PC, go to My devices > My tablet > View tablet files, and follow the onscreen instructions.

Once the two devices are connected, the tablet file window will automatically display. You can view and edit your tablet files via this window.

If you close the tablet file window by mistake after the connection is successful, perform either of the following steps:

1. Open PC Manager and go to My devices > My tablet > View tablet files.
2. Open the PC drive within 5 minutes, find the drive letter named after the tablet name, and double-click the drive letter to open it.

   

   

   If you do not perform any operations on the drive letter within 5 minutes following the connection, re-connect the devices.
