Answering phone voice and video calls on my PC after enabling Multi-Screen Collaboration

Once Multi-Screen Collaboration is enabled between your phone and PC, the phone screen will display on the PC desktop. You'll be able to make voice and video calls, with the benefit of the camera and speaker on your PC.

Perform the following:

• Answer phone calls on the PC: When you receive a voice or video call on your phone, you can choose to answer the call on your PC.
• Switch to phone: Swipe down from the status bar on the top of your phone and touch Play audio/video on phone to switch the call back to your phone.

 

• Make sure that your phone is running EMUI 10.1 or a later version.
• This feature is only supported in certain dialer apps.
• This call switching feature is not supported on desktop computers.
