The PC Manager icon in the lower right corner of the desktop on my HUAWEI laptop flashes

Problem

After going to Settings > Personalization > Colors > Accent color and turning on or off Transparency effects, some icons in the lower right corner of the desktop begin to flash.

Cause

Switching the system background causes the icons to flash.

Solution

This is a normal occurrence, and does not indicate an issue with your device.
