The package and appearance of the monitor vary depending on the monitor model. The actual product shall prevail. The following figures use a square base monitor as an example.

Install the monitor

  1. Place the carton horizontally with the foam arrow facing upwards, open the carton, and take out the device and foam.

  2. Install the monitor based on the stand type.
    • Standard Bracket Edition

Take out the base, lift the display post slightly, and attach the base to the bottom of the post. When you hear a click, it means that the base has been correctly attached.

    • Adjustable Swivel Stand Edition
      1. Take out the base and stand, then join them using screws.

      2. Tilt the upper end of the base stand so that it fits into the slot on the back of the monitor, and press the base stand downwards until you hear a clicking sound, which indicates that the base stand has been correctly attached.

  3. Hold the assembled monitor with both hands, and place it on a flat desk. Feel free to adjust the tilt angle to suit your needs. (The Adjustable Swivel Stand Edition supports pivot rotation and height adjustments.)

Remove the monitor

  • Standard Bracket Edition

Place the monitor on the desk, push the quick-release tab on the base inwards with one hand, and hold the post with the other hand to push the base outwards.

  • Adjustable Swivel Stand Edition

Place the monitor on the desk, push the quick release button on the back of the monitor upwards, and lift the bottom of the stand.

    1. Unpack the cardboard box and place the box horizontally with the arrow on the foam pointing upward. Take the device and foam out of the box and place them horizontally. Take the base stand out of the foam.

For an XWU-CBA/ZQE-CBA monitor, you also need to connect the base and stand with screws.

    2. Tilt the upper end of the base stand so that it fits into the slot on the back of the monitor, and press the base stand downwards until you hear a clicking sound, which indicates that the base stand has been correctly attached.

Before installing the base stand, ensure that there are no objects made of iron attached to the stand at the rear of the monitor, otherwise a short circuit may occur.

    3. Hold the assembled monitor with both hands, and place it on a flat desk. To avoid damaging the screen, do not press the screen when holding it.
