Your device does not support Scrollshot when the screen is off, when there is an incoming call, or when the screen is in landscape mode. For security reasons, some banking, financial, and payment apps do not support screenshots.

If the preceding conditions do not apply to your situation and the issue persists, perform the following to troubleshoot:
- Go to , set the Text size to Normal, and see if the issue is resolved.
- Open Settings, search for and access Screen resolution, make sure that Smart resolution is disabled, and check if the issue is resolved. (Smart resolution is available on selected models. If you cannot find Smart resolution, skip this step.)
- Open Settings, search for and access Apps, and touch
or 
in the upper right corner. Then, select Show system processes, find Scrollshot, make sure that Draw over other apps is enabled, and go to .
