Keep the earbuds in the earbud compartments with the cover closed
During the update, keep the earbuds in the earbud compartments with the cover closed.
Make sure that the earbuds have enough battery power
Before the update, make sure that the battery level of the earbuds is no less than 20%, otherwise the update may fail.
Make sure that the earbuds are connected to no more than five devices
Too many paired devices may affect the update of your earbuds. If the update fails for multiple times, restore your earbuds to their factory settings and perform the update again.
