Problem

1. Wireless screen mirroring fails when Miracast is used on a HUAWEI MateBook E Go for the first time.
2. After pressing Win+K to perform screen mirroring on a HUAWEI MateBook E Go for the first time, a message displays indicating that the connection has failed.

   

Cause

The VHF-based touchscreen on the HUAWEI MateBook E Go conflicts with the wireless screen mirroring in Miracast.

Solution

1. If wireless screen mirroring fails, perform operations by referring to the following to try again:
   • Multi-screen Collaboration between tablets and computers
   • Multi-screen Collaboration between phones and laptops
