Problem
When the Optimize taskbar for touch interactions when this device is used as a tablet option is disabled, the taskbar will display at the bottom of the desktop, which cannot be reached via touchscreen, stylus, or external mouse.
Cause
This issue is associated with the new taskbar feature in Microsoft Windows system patch 22621.1344 (released on February 28, 2023).
Solution
To resolve this issue, Huawei has requested Microsoft to optimize and improve the OS. Please stay tuned for new OS patches and update your device online when they are available.
