Due to service policy adjustment, from July 18, 2023, devices running EMUI 4.X or earlier will no longer support data uploading to the cloud. Devices running EMUI 4.X will support data downloading from the cloud before October 30, 2023. You can update your phone system to EMUI 5.0 or later to continue using the Cloud feature. You can also download photos and contacts that have been uploaded to the Cloud at cloud.huawei.com.
