Problem:
When the user sets the wearable system language to Simplified Chinese when linking their watch/band to their phone, the system language switches to another one (such as Cantonese or English) after successful linking.
Solution:
- The wearable product automatically syncs the system language settings of the connected phone. Therefore, please check that your phone language is correct.
iPhones: Go to Settings > General > Language & Region.
HUAWEI phones: Go to Settings > System & updates > Language & input > Language & region.
Third-party Android phones: Actual interface shall prevail.
- Unpair your wearable by opening Huawei Health on your phone and going to Devices > Unpair device. Then reconnect your wearable to your phone.
