Tooltip

Touch and hold on the toolbar icons with your HUAWEI M-Pencil to see the tooltips.

Double-tapping

Double-tap the body of HUAWEI M-Pencil to quickly switch between tools. By default, the stylus double-tap quick switch feature is disabled. You can enable it in Preferences.

To change the default shortcut keys of the HUAWEI M-Pencil, go to Settings > Accessibility features > Stylus > Double-tap. In Settings, the following shortcuts are supported:

• Switch between current tool and eraser (default)
• Open color palette
• Disable the feature

Stylus settings

You can enable the stylus double-tap quick switch feature and adjust Stability and pressure sensing of the M-Pencil by opening GoPaint, entering the editing screen, touching the menu icon, and touching Preferences.

Handwriting

Huawei tablets and HUAWEI M-Pencil support handwriting text and number input.

You can use your M-Pencil to write in any text or number wherever you can enter information, including entering a color value, rename a layer or artwork, and more.
