Problem: A quick app quits unexpectedly, won't open, or can't access the Internet.
Cause: The issue may be caused by a fault in the app itself, or by an Internet connection failure.
Solution:
- Exit the quick app, then re-open it.
- Check whether your phone has a normal Internet connection. Open a browser and see if web pages can be opened as normal. If not, switch to a different network connection and try again.
- Go to Quick App Center, touch and hold the quick app in question, and go to . Then check whether the issue is resolved.
- If the issue still isn't resolved, please contact customer service in your region and provide our customer service with the name of the quick app and any related screenshots or screen recordings. We will follow up on this issue with the app developers.
