The Petal Mail app will be removed from Huawei AppGallery on December 31, 2024. You will no longer be able to download the Petal Mail app from Huawei AppGallery.If you have installed the Petal Mail app, you can still use it.You can also view, send or receive emails at the official website of Petal Mail (https://www.petalmail.com).Functions related to Petal Mail will be switched to the email app pre-installed on Huawei phones. Currently, only some devices support logging in to the email app using your Petal Mail account.

If the email app does not contain an entry for logging in to the petal mailbox, check and update the system version. If the login still fails, the device may not support the login. In this case, use another method to log in to the app.
