The screen becomes erratic or starts to flicker unexpectedly
This type of issue may occur when your phone is used in dry environments, where the static charge buildup could interfere with the display signal. Your phone will return to normal in a few seconds. If this issue persists, restart your phone to see if the issue is resolved.
The screen becomes erratic or flickers when using certain apps
There may be compatibility issues between the app and the phone system. For example, the decoding modes of some video players may be incompatible with your phone. You can delete the app then download and install it from HUAWEI AppGallery, or use other video players instead.

Back up your data and take your phone and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
