The touchscreen on my HUAWEI phone/tablet jumps randomly

Problem:

The touchscreen jumps randomly or is prone to ghost touches.

Solution:

2. Check whether the issue only occurs when you are using a third-party screen lock app, for example, check whether the screen automatically jumps to the lock screen or camera screen. In this case, uninstall any such third-party screen lock apps.

If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
