Battery capacity loss is detected on the HUAWEI laptop by the third-party software.

Cause

The algorithm and precision of the third-party software may affect the accuracy of capacity reading.

Solution

1. The result provided by the third-party software is for reference only due to algorithm and precision differences. Before the detection, it is recommended that you charge your laptop, wait for the battery level displays as 100%, and keep charging it for more than 30 minutes. This will help you obtain a more accurate detection result.
2. Batteries are consumables. Battery capacity data is obtained through learning the charging and discharging process, and is affected by the ambient temperature and application scenarios. The capacity decreases with the increase of the service time and the number of battery charge and discharge times. This is a normal feature of the lithium battery. Huawei batteries have passed strict certification tests and are of high quality. Please rest assured.
