You can use the Huawei Health app to set a Smart alarm or an Event alarm for a connected band.
- A Smart alarm, has two conditions to go off, it needs to be around when the time it was set for and you need to be in light sleep. This type of alarm helps your body gradually adjust to waking up and helps you wake up feeling more refreshed.
When HUAWEI TruSleep™ is enabled, your band may wake you up a little bit before the scheduled time if it detects you have already woken up.
- The Event alarm will always go off at the specified time. If you set a tag for the Event alarm, the band will display the tag. Otherwise, only the time will be displayed.
Android users:
- Open the Huawei Health app, touch the band icon in the top-right corner under Home, and go to or go to .
- Set the alarm time, repeat cycle, and the snooze cycle under Smart wakeup.
- Touch √ in the upper right corner to save the settings.
- Swipe down on the home screen of the Health app to make sure the alarm settings are synced to your band.
iOS users:
- Open the Huawei Health app and touch Devices.
- Touch the band's Bluetooth name from the device list.
- Go to or go to .
- Set the alarm time, repeat cycle, and the snooze cycle under Smart wakeup.
- Touch Save.
- Swipe down on the home screen to ensure that the alarm settings are synced to your band.
- When the band rings to signal an alarm, touch the Home button on your band to snooze it or hold it to turn off the alarm. The alarm snooze time is 10 minutes.
- If you don't perform any operations when the alarm is vibrating, it will be automatically turned off after you hit snooze three times.
