We have reported these issues to the relevant vendors. It is recommended that you disable the Smart wear detection feature on your PC/large-screen device.
When the Bluetooth earbuds are connected to a PC running Windows 7, Windows 10, or Windows 11 for media playback or voice calls in a third-party chat app, audio plays from the PC instead of from the earbuds. Perform the following to troubleshoot the issue:
- Pair the earbuds with the PC: On the PC, open the sound control panel, and enable connection with the HUAWEI XXX Stereo.
- Method 1: Go to Connect from the shortcut menu. . In the displayed window, right-click HUAWEI XXX Stereo and select
- Method 2: Right-click the volume icon in the lower right corner of the PC screen. In the displayed window, select Sound, then right-click HUAWEI XXX Stereo and select Connect.
- Set the default playback device: Connect your earbuds to your PC. In the lower right corner of the PC screen, right-click the volume icon. In Output device (or Sound in Windows 10), select the earbud name and select Set as default.
- Update the PC driver: If the issue persists, download and install the latest Bluetooth driver from your PC manufacturer's official website. Then repeat the preceding steps.
- Power off and then power on the earbuds or PC, and then reconnect them.
- There may be compatibility issues with certain PCs. Contact the PC manufacturer for more information.
When you connect your earbuds to an Apple iMac all-in-one computer to make a WeChat call, and the other party cannot hear your voice during the call, go to the bottom of Apple's official website page, and go to to provide feedback.
