If the Mobile WiFi displays a weak signal, you can do the following:
- Check the network condition and confirm with your service provider whether your current location is covered by a 4G or 5G network.
- Move the Mobile WiFi beside a window or an open area in order to receive a better signal. Make sure you are not in an enclosed area.
- Compare the signal strength of your Mobile WiFi with that of your phone. If your phone's signal is strong, restore your Mobile WiFi to factory settings, and try again.
