The Mobile WiFi has a weak signal

If the Mobile WiFi displays a weak signal, you can do the following:

  1. Check the network condition and confirm with your service provider whether your current location is covered by a 4G or 5G network.
  2. Move the Mobile WiFi beside a window or an open area in order to receive a better signal. Make sure you are not in an enclosed area.
  3. Compare the signal strength of your Mobile WiFi with that of your phone. If your phone's signal is strong, restore your Mobile WiFi to factory settings, and try again.
