- The earbuds may come loose when you are wearing a scarf, sleeping, brushing your teeth, running, or wearing a face mask. Make sure that the earbuds are firmly fixed in your ears for optimal stability and comfort.

If the earbuds do not stay in place/fall off easily when you are wearing them:
- Clean your ears with a clean tissue before putting on the earbuds.
- FreeBuds Pro 4/FreeBuds 6i/FreeBuds Pro 3/FreeBuds Pro 2/FreeBuds 5i/FreeBuds Pro/FreeBuds 4i/FreeBuds 3i/FreeBuds Lite/FreeLace series earbuds come with different ear tips in various sizes. Make sure to choose the size that best fits your ears. If only one earbud tends to come loose, you can use two different sizes of ear tips.
For earbuds with stabilizers, such as FreeLace Lite and xSport Pro, press the stabilizers until they slip completely into your ear canals.
- Make sure that you are wearing the earbuds correctly. The L and R labels refer to the left and right ears respectively.
- Feel free to adjust the angle of the earbuds or press them further into the ear canal to ensure a snug fit.
- If you feel uncomfortable or insecure while wearing the earbuds, and your wearing position resembles 01 in the figure, you can improve the experience by adjusting the angle of the earbud handles.
- If you feel uncomfortable or insecure while wearing the earbuds, and your wearing position resembles 02 in the figure, switch the earbuds between your left and right ears.
- If you feel uncomfortable or insecure while wearing the earbuds, and your wearing position resembles 03 in the figure, aim the earbud's speaker nozzle toward your ear canal and slightly adjust the angle further to enhance comfort and stability.
