Unable to power on the monitor by pressing the button after the monitor is connected to the power adapter

Problem

After the monitor is connected to the power adapter, the user cannot power on the monitor by pressing the button.

Cause

1. The standard power adapter of the monitor is not being used.

Solution

Step 1: Use the standard power adapter of the monitor.

Step 2: Check that the power adapter is connected to the USB-C power port shown in the following figure. Ensure that the power adapter is inserted properly. Try removing the power adapter and then insert it again.
