Bluetooth usage and reconnection range of HUAWEI earbuds

The earbuds can be used for music playback and voice calls at a distance of up to 10 meters in an open area without interference.

When the effective Bluetooth range is exceeded, the following issues may occur: audio from the earbuds stalls, no sound is heard from the earbuds, or the earbuds automatically disconnect. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to your phone/tablet if the earbuds return to a range within 10 meters of the phone/tablet within the required time. If the earbuds do not automatically reconnect, restart your phone/tablet. For details, refer to How to pair HUAWEI Bluetooth earbuds.

Some earbuds support dual-device connections. When the charging case is opened, the earbuds will attempt to reconnect to the preferred device. If the HUAWEI phone paired with the earbuds is connected to a HUAWEI watch, and the HUAWEI phone is not near you, the earbuds will try to connect to the HUAWEI watch.

	> 30 minutes	TWS earbuds: The earbuds enter Sleep mode. To reconnect them to your phone/tablet, put them back on, or double-tap an earbud to wake them up. You can also put them into their charging case then close and open the case to reconnect them. FreeLace/FreeLace Pro earbuds automatically power off 15 hours after they are magnetically attached. Power on and separate the earbuds to reconnect them to the phone.
