Bluetooth usage and reconnection range of HUAWEI earphones

The earphones can be used for music playback and voice calls at a distance of up to 10 meters in an open area without interference.

When the effective Bluetooth range is exceeded, the following issues may occur: audio from the earphones stalls, no sound is heard from the earphones, or the earphones automatically disconnect. The earphones will automatically reconnect to your phone/tablet if the earphones return to a range within 10 meters of the phone/tablet within the required time. If the earphones do not automatically reconnect, restart your phone/tablet. For details, refer to How to pair HUAWEI Bluetooth earphones.

Some earphones support dual-device connections. When the charging case is opened, the earphones will attempt to reconnect to the preferred device. If the HUAWEI phone paired with the earphones is connected to a HUAWEI watch, and the HUAWEI phone is not near you, the earphones will try to connect to the HUAWEI watch.

To reconnect FreeLace Pro 2 earphones, attach the earphones together and then separate them from each other, or touch the earphones' name in the paired device list on the Bluetooth screen of your phone/tablet to re-initiate a connection. The earphones will automatically power off 72 hours after being attached together. You need to power off then power on the earphones again (flip the switch to expose the red dot and flip again to expose the green dot). Then separate the earphones to re-initiate a connection.

	10–30 minutes	TWS earphones: Touch the Bluetooth name of the earphones on your phone/tablet to reconnect to them. Neckband earphones: Press and hold the Function button for 2 seconds to reconnect them to your phone/tablet.
	> 30 minutes	TWS earphones: The earphones enter Sleep mode. To reconnect them to your phone/tablet, put them back on, or double-tap an earphone to wake them up. You can also put them into their charging case then close and open the case to reconnect them. FreeLace/FreeLace Pro earphones automatically power off 15 hours after they are magnetically attached. Power on and separate the earphones to reconnect them to the phone.
