Problem

The long press gesture control is not available when Quick play is enabled on the earphones.

Cause

After the earphones are connected to your phone and Quick play is enabled, pressing and holding the left or right earphone will replace the original Enable/Disable Noise canceling function. When the earphones are connected to a device that does not support Smart features, pressing and holding the left or right earphone will not trigger any functions.

• Triple-tap on WATCH Buds , FreeClip
• Pinch & hold on FreeBuds Pro 2
• Press & hold on FreeBuds 5, FreeBuds 5i, FreeBuds 4E, FreeBuds Lipstick, and FreeBuds 4.
  

  Other product models do not support Smart features.

Solution

1. Connect the earphones to phones/tablets that support Smart features.
2. Open the AI Life app, touch the earphones card, go to Gestures > Press & hold to enter the settings screen. Set Enable/Disable Noise canceling for the left or right earphones, or restore the earphones to factory settings and connect to the earphones again.
