For HUAWEI and Android phones:

Please refer to Pair and connect my HUAWEI Eyewear series device. Once the eyewear is paired and connected, it will be automatically added in the AI Life app.

For iOS devices:

The eyewear can be added or connected using the AI Life app on your iPhone/iPad. If you're unable to add the eyewear through the app, please refer to The AI Life app failed to detect the name of my HUAWEI Eyewear series device.

To add the smart eyewear in the AI Life app, perform the following steps:

1. Make sure that the eyewear is ready to be paired. For details, please refer to Pair and connect my HUAWEI Eyewear series device.
2. On your phone/tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and touch the name of the eyewear to connect to it.
3. After the connection is successful, open the AI Life app, touch + in the upper right corner of the home screen, and touch Add device. Then place the eyewear close to your phone for scanning.
4. After the AI Life app detects the eyewear, touch CONNECT, wait for the message indicating a successful connection to display, and touch OK. Once the eyewear is added to the AI Life app, you can configure features, update the firmware, and perform more operations.

   You can also try the following methods:

   • Manual addition: Open the AI Life app, touch + in the upper right corner of the home screen, touch Add device, and touch Add manually. On the Entertainment tab, select the corresponding eyewear and follow the onscreen instructions to connect it to your device.
   • Scan to add: Scan the QR code of the AI Life in the quick start guide of the product, and follow the onscreen instructions to add the eyewear.
     

     iOS devices do not support adding eyewear manually or by scanning the QR code. Please connect your phone to the eyewear through Bluetooth, and then scan and connect your eyewear in the AI Life app.
