Change to the screenshot feature of Huawei PC Manager

Thank you for using the screenshot feature of Huawei PC Manager. It is the same as that of Microsoft. In Huawei PC Manager 13.0.6.390 (003), the screenshot feature is replaced with the screenshot tool of Microsoft. If you need to take a screenshot, refer to Take a screenshot on a HUAWEI computer. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Both Huawei PC Manager and Microsoft run the Microsoft ms-screenclip process to enable their screenshot function. The system only allows for a process for screenshots at the same time, so it is normal that you encounter the following situations.

• You cannot manually select the Microsoft screenshot tool after you click the screenshot tool in Control Panel.

• The screenshot tool in Control Panel is not available after you click the Microsoft screenshot tool.
