Terms & Conditions
HUAWEI Service Annual Giving Season ("Campaign") is organized by HUAWEI Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“HUAWEI”) at selected HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers only. This Campaign will run from 23 November 2019 to 1 January 2020 (“Campaign Period”). HUAWEI shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • HUAWEI Service Annual Giving Season is applicable to all HUAWEI users at selected HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers under each service center’s operating hours. This Campaign consists of three (3) events (“Event(s)”):-
    (a)Free Screen Protector & Application;
    (b)20% Discount on Spare Parts
    (c)Free Gift
  • Each customer is only eligible to participate in this campaign once during the Campaign Period.
  • Photo taken during the campaign will be used for promotional purpose.
  • The “Free Screen Protector & Application” and “Free Gift” events are only applicable for all walk-in customers, except HUAWEI service centers' employees, dealers, collection points, resellers and/or distributors.
  • All walk in customers, including dealers, collection points, resellers or distributors, Huawei service centers' employees are entitled to participate in the event of 20% discount on out of warranty repair spare parts cost.
  • By participating in this campaign, customers are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  • HUAWEI reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Campaign Terms & Conditions:
Free Screen Protector & Application
  • This “Free Screen Protector & Application” service is valid on every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 23 November 2019 until 1 January 2020.
  • “Free Screen Protector & Application” service is applicable to Selected Models and it's for complete repair customer during the Campaign Period only.
  • The Selected Models are Mate 30 Series, Mate 20 Series, P30 Series, P20 Series and nova 5T.
  • The free screen protector is subject to first come first serve basis and while stock last. The type of screen protector may vary in different service centers.
20% Discount on Spare Parts
  • Customer is entitled to enjoy 20% discount on out of warranty repair spare parts cost.
  • The original spare parts cost are as shown in Huawei official website or HiCare App.
  • The 20% discount is applied to out of warranty repair spare parts cost only, excluding labor charge. RM60 of labor fee is chargeable for out of warranty repair.
  • Spare parts that entitle for 20% discount are mainboard, LCD screen, rear cover, front camera and rear camera of Selected Models only.
  • The Selected Models are P10, P10 Plus, P20, P20 Pro, P30, P30 Pro, Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 X, Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro, nova 3, nova 3i, nova 3e, nova 4, and nova 4e.
  • The replaced spare parts are entitled for additional 90 days of warranty starting from the collection date. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling/human induced damage.
  • The stocks of spare parts are subject to parts availability and first come first serve basis.
  • Customer shall back up data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from the device before send in for diagnosis or repair. HUAWEI is not responsible for the damage or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media.
Free Gift
  • This Free Gift event is valid on every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 23 November 2019 until 1 January 2020.
  • Complete repair customers are to take a photo of himself/herself with the “Care U More” board. He/she should then like the post and upload the photo on the comment of "Huawei Service Annual Giving Season" Facebook post, with hashtag #Huaweiservicemy and #Together2020, in order to be entitled to have a free gift.
  • Free gift is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
  • The free gift is not exchangeable for cash or item, and are non-transferable.
  • Customers should ensure that his/her Facebook account is set to public.
  • Each customer is allowed to have one (1) free gift only for this event.
    This Terms and Conditions is updated as at 21 November 2019.
