Network Optimization Guide
1. Check real-time network speed monitoring
Open Settings, search for and enable Display network speed to monitor the current network speed in the status bar. A low network speed may cause game freezing or disconnection.
2. Enable uninterrupted gaming
This mode improves CPU/GPU performance and restricts network services such as incoming calls, SMS messages, and MMS messages.
- Open Settings, search for and access AppAssistant, and select Game Space.
- Tap Add to add the game to the list.
- Enable Zero Interruptions (or Uninterrupted Gaming) in the lower right corner or upper left corner and ensure that Game Acceleration is enabled.
3. Disable WLAN+
When using Wi-Fi in a fixed location, disable this feature to prevent frequent network switching between Mobile network and Wi-Fi, which can reduce stuttering.
Procedure: Open Settings, search for and access WLAN+, and disable the feature.
4. Handle other network issues
If the network exception persists, refer to the following knowledge to rectify it:

Performance Improvement Guide
1. Avoid playing games while charging the device
Device temperatures rise during charging, which can trigger CPU/GPU throttling and result in game stuttering.
- Remove the phone case to dissipate heat.
- Play games after the device is fully charged. Avoid playing games while charging the device.
2. Disable Power saving mode
Power saving mode and low battery will reduce device performance to save power, which may affect game smoothness.
- Go to Settings > Battery and disable Power Saving mode.
- Keep the battery level above 20% for optimal gaming experience.
3. Close apps running in the background and clear storage space
- Close apps running in the background:
Go to the Recent tasks screen and tap the Trash can icon to clear the running apps.
- Clean up the storage space:
Refer to A message is displayed indicating that the remaining storage space is insufficient.
Adjust the game image quality and refresh rate
In game settings, lower the resolution and frame rate, and disable anti-aliasing and shadows to reduce the load on the processor and improve the stability of the frame rate. (The settings may vary depending on the game.)
