Huawei Histen sound effects are barely noticeable

Problem:

Enabling or disabling Headset audio does not make much difference to the audio performance when a headset is inserted and 3D audio is disabled in Huawei Histen sound effects.

Cause:

To effectively experience the high-quality sound effects of Huawei Histen, the following three components must be used together:

• Type of headset
• Equalizer
• 3D audio headset

Solution:

1. Enable Headset audio as follows:

   Versions earlier than EMUI 10.0: Go to Settings > Sound > Huawei Histen sound effects.

   EMUI 10.X and Magic UI 3.X: Go to Settings > Sounds & vibration > Huawei Histen sound effects.

   Manually adjust the Huawei Histen settings for the best results.

   Note: If the Huawei Histen sound effects option is not available in Settings, it indicates that Huawei Histen sound effects are not supported on your phone.

2. It is recommended that you use a Huawei headset.
