Add work email accounts to Mail preinstalled with Windows 10

Add work email accounts to Mail preinstalled with Windows 10

This is only available for work email accounts registered and in compliance with standard protocol.

  1. Click the Windows icon and select Mail. Click Add account.
  2. If you are using an Outlook, Exchange, Google, or Yahoo email, you can log in directly. If you are using a 163 or QQ email, click Other account. Please note that before logging it to a 163 or QQ email, you have to obtain an email verification code first. For more information, refer to Add QQ emails to Mail preinstalled with Windows 10.
  3. If you still cannot log in using the methods mentioned above or cannot find the account information after clicking Other account, then you need to add your email using the Advanced setup. To do this, go to Advanced setup > Internet email, and follow the onscreen instructions to add your email address. Click Sign in after you have finished filling in all the required fields.

    Enter your company email server address in Incoming email server and Outgoing (SMTP) email server, and select POP3 under Account type.

  1. After you have added your email address, refresh your Inbox to check for new messages.
