I have forgotten the payment password

I have forgotten the payment password

1. Touch Forgot password on the payment screen. Verify your identity using your Security question and phone number and then reset your payment password.

2. Go to Settings > tap HUAWEI ID, and go to Account center > Payment and purchases > Settings > Payment password. If you have forgotten your password, touch Forgot original password and verify your identity using any of the following methods:

a. Verify your identity using your security question and registered mobile number.

If you have set a security question and remember its answer, you can use the answer to the password security question and your phone number to verify your identity, and then reset your payment password.

b. Verify by reassociating your bank cards.

If a quick payment bank card has been bound, you can reassociate it for identity verification and then reset the payment password.

c. Verify by linking a new bank card.

If you have not bound a quick payment bank card, you can add a quick payment bank card to verify your identity and then reset the payment password. (Your previously linked bank card will be removed after this action.)

3. If you forget the answer to the security question or the issue persists, provide the following information to HUAWEI:(Contact information of relevant countries can be found in the link:https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/hotline/

If you are located in Europe, provide the information to Aspiegel: (Contact Us https://aspiegel.com/en/support/support)
