Set up a proxy server

- Click the Windows icon and then the Settings icon, and click Network & Internet.
- Go to Wi-Fi > Network and Sharing Center.
- Select Internet Options.
- Go to Connections > LAN settings.
- Check Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections) and set the IP address and port for your LAN. Click OK.
