The watch's network signal is weak

  • Swipe down from the home screen to check the network signal of the SIM card. If the signal is weak, move to an area with a good signal, such as an outdoor area or a balcony and then try again.
  • Remove and re-insert the SIM card and then restart the watch.

The watch is protecting itself from overheating

  • If the watch is overheating due to a call being made for a long time with a poor network signal or at a high ambient temperature, the watch will automatically hang up calls to protect your child's skin. When the watch's temperature drops and the network returns to normal, the watch can be used to make calls.

The SIM card of the watch is in poor contact

  • Remove and re-insert the SIM card, restart the watch, and check whether the SIM card is inserted properly.
  • Use another SIM card and restart the watch.

If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
