Unfamiliar icons appear in the status bar of my HUAWEI phone/tablet

Problem:

There is an unfamiliar icon in the status bar.

Cause:

This type of icon is usually a notification icon of a system or third-party app, functioning as a reminder that you need to do something.

Solution:

Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel and do the following:

1. Check whether there are any notifications corresponding to the icon.
   1. If so, touch the notification to open the corresponding app.
   2. If no, go to My HUAWEI and search for the status icons of your device (for example, Mate 30 common icons).
