Problem

When the watch/band is paired with a third-party phone, the Missed call screen in the watch/band notification list displays Unknown number or does not display the number or contact name.

Cause

The Huawei Health app obtains missed call notifications from the notification panel of your phone, and then sends the notifications to your watch/band. The implementation of incoming call notifications varies depending on the phone model. For some third-party phones, the incoming call numbers and contacts are not displayed in the notification panel of the phone. As a result, the Huawei Health app cannot obtain the contacts or phone numbers of missed calls, and the notifications are not displayed in the notification list of the watch.

Solution

We recommend that you consult the customer service of your phone manufacturer about how to display missed call numbers or contact information in the notification bar of your phone.
