There are no shortcuts or wearing detection options for HUAWEI FreeBuds series earbuds on my HUAWEI phone/tablet

Problem

The Bluetooth settings on the phone/tablet do not include options for earbuds, such as Smart wear detection, Audio broadcasts, Sound quality, Noise cancellation, Find Earbuds, Record with earphones, or HD calls.

Cause

The EMUI version or AudioAccessoryManager version is not updated.

Solution

1. Update your phone/tablet system and AudioAccessoryManager to their latest versions.
2. Pair your earbuds with your phone/tablet again and enter the Bluetooth settings screen.
3. You can also enter the earbuds card in the AI Life app to perform the settings.

If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
