- HUAWEI Scale 2 Pro and HUAWEI Scale 3 Pro: Hold the side of the handle marked "L" with your left hand and the side of the handle marked "R" with your right hand. Avoid holding the side of the handle marked "L" with your right hand and the side of the handle marked "R" with your left hand. After measurements are complete, place the side of the handle marked "L" on the left side of the scale and the side of the handle marked "R" on the right side of the scale.
- When the device is powered on for the first time, it will automatically calibrate. During calibration, you will not see the LED indicator "0.0" or "0.00". When you see the indicator, the device is ready to use.
Starting an online measurement using the Huawei Health app (The device is connected to the Huawei Health app via Bluetooth.)
- Open the Huawei Health app, and follow the onscreen instructions to start a measurement.
- On the Health screen, touch the Weight management card, select a user, choose MEASURE at the bottom of the screen, and follow the onscreen instructions to step on the scale and measure weight.
- On the Devices screen, select your scale name to enter its details screen. Touch START, and follow the onscreen instructions to step on the scale and measure weight.
- After the measurement is complete, you can view the results in the Huawei Health app.
Starting an offline measurement (Bluetooth is not connected.HUAWEI Scale 3 and HUAWEI Scale 3 Pro: Start a measurement after the scale is configured with Wi-Fi but not connected via Bluetooth. HUAWEI Scale 2 Pro: Start a measurement when the scale is not connected via Bluetooth.)
- HUAWEI Scale 3 and HUAWEI Scale 3 Bluetooth version: Stand barefoot on the scale, with your legs and back straight.
HUAWEI Scale 2 Pro and HUAWEI Scale 3 Pro: Stand barefoot on the scale, with your legs and back straight. Pull out and tightly grip both sides of the handle, keeping your arms straight and not touching your armpits.
- First, the scale will measure your weight. After the weight measurement, the scale will measure other fitness data such as fat percentage (when
lights up) and heart rate (when
lights up). If you do not need to measure body fat percentage and heart rate, you can step off the scale when the weight measurement is done.
- After the measurement is complete, the data will sync to the phone automatically and be available for viewing in the Huawei Health app once the scale is connected to the Huawei Health app.
You can view the data of many body indicators: weight, BMI, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, body water percentage, bone mineral content, and protein, as well as upper left limb fat, upper left limb skeletal muscle, trunk fat, visceral fat level, trunk skeletal muscle, and more..
- To ensure accurate heart rate data, start measuring when you are at rest.
- Offline measurement data will be synced to the app automatically after an online measurement.
- Place the scale on a solid, flat floor. Do not place it against a wall. Make sure there are no foreign objects on the feet of the scale, the feet of the scale are not in gaps between tiles, and the scale is not being lifted up by anything. When moving the scale, do not drag or kick it.
- Wear light clothes and stand barefoot on the electrode plates of the scale to start a measurement. Stand straight and avoid moving during the measurement. Do not shake your body or feet.
- To ensure accurate information about your weight, body fat percentage, and heart rate, try to perform the measurement at the same time and under the same conditions every day.
