Changing the current location of the computer
  1. Click the search icon on the taskbar, enter Control Panel in the search box, and open it.

  2. Click Clock and Region.

  3. Click Region.

  4. Go to Administrative > Change system locale.

  5. Choose the current region from the drop-down list under Current system locale, click OK, and restart the computer for the settings to take effect.
